I’ll book in a phone call and you can ask as many questions as you need to about the service.

If you like what you hear, after our call you’ll be sent an online screening questionnaire.
Once filled out, we will catch up via Google Meet for your Initial Consult.

What I need from you
It all starts with a Goal. Be bold & back yourself!
Have a willingness to do the work as directed.
You will need a GPS running watch.
I recommend that all of my athletes train with a chest based HRM.
Terms & Conditions
All athletes are free to come and go as they please, however four weeks notice is required should you wish to end your coaching support.
More information is provided on this in the athlete onboarding stage.
